Description:
In this key role you will be responsible for supporting the application in Asia Pacific, assisting the channel manager in the development of the company’s distributor network in order to achieve significant sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Channel Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Responding to distributor enquiries regarding application and technique quickly and proficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with the distributor sales, marketing and logistics personnel
- To travel to key distributors and customers regularly to assist with Demo, training and product demonstrations
- Work with internal business functions to ensure distributors’ needs are met
- Develop and translate materials for the products, e.g. sales tools, Catalogues, manuals and software
- Organisation and attendance at territory tradeshows, workshop and seminars
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Phd/Master in cell physiology, experience of?cell-physiology,?electrophysiology, electrochemistry, electroporation and cell culture is required.
- Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone and written communication skills.
- Technical support experience and proven ability to demonstrate a wide portfolio of products
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and take responsibility for their successful completion
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
- Enthusiastic team player, but also capable of working independently
- Experience working with a CRM
- Skills in use of basic business programs such as word, excel, power point
- Fluent Chinese and good English essential
- Role is based in Shanghai, China
