如因特殊原因裝載失敗，只收取成本費750元。
Gene clone: Clone the gene of interest into given vector for customer. The gene of interest and the vector should be supplied by customer.
Time required: 20 days
Note: Customer will be required to pay a fee of cost recovery of 750 RMB if failed to construct special vector because of unexpectable causation
